Oriental Rail Infrastructure's subsidiary, Oriental Foundry Private Limited, signed an MoU with US-based Hum Industrial Technology, Inc. to bid for an RDSO Smart Wagon project. The joint venture aims to supply 346 health monitoring modules to the Ministry of Railways. If awarded, the parties will incorporate a dedicated Indian JV, Hum Oriental Systems Private Limited.
