Century Extrusions Ltd has approved a Draft Letter of Offer for a Rights Issue of up to ₹45 Crore. The capital raise is intended to fund brownfield expansion at its Kharagpur facility and repay unsecured loans. Existing shareholders can participate on a rights basis at a ratio and price to be determined.
