JSW Steel Merger & Restructuring Worth ₹508.8 Cr

JSW Steel approved a 50:50 joint venture with POSCO Group via its subsidiary Saffron Resources. POSCO will invest ₹508.8 Crore to set up a 6 MTPA integrated steel plant in Odisha. The project, expected by December 2026, provides JSW Steel access to high-grade steel technology for automotive applications.
