Balrampur Chini Mills Limited approved setting up a ₹160 Crore Lactogypsum Processing Plant at Kumbhi, UP, to manufacture 76 lakh gypsum boards annually. Additionally, the company is raising ₹450 crore via preferential issue and ₹200 crore through NCDs. The capital expenditure for its Polylactic Acid (PLA) project has been revised to ₹3,080 crore.
