Axis Bank's subsidiary, Axis Finance Limited (AFL), has entered into an agreement for a preferential issue of 4,33,99,991 equity shares to Kedaara Capital for approximately ₹750.00 Crore. Following the transaction, Axis Bank will retain a 94.92% stake in AFL. The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
